コンビニエンスストアで発行可能な各種証明書には、POPITAの技術により、偽造防止が施されています。本学のコンビニ証明書を受け取られた方はPOPITAの技術を利用し、証明書の真正性を確認することができます。なお、証明書発行サービスによらず 本学窓口にて発行した各種証明書についてはPOPITAを使用していない場合があります。

▶ 「成績証明書」のナンバリングコードについて（学部生のみ）
成績証明書の科目名の左側に示すナンバリングコードは、その科目が名古屋外国語大学のカリキュラム全体の中で、どの位置にあるかを示します。

PDF（電子証明書）のオンライン送付機能は、各種証明書を真正性の担保されたPDFとして企業に直接送付することができるサービスです。
発行後に改ざんされた場合、PDFを開いた際にエラーメッセージが表示されます。
証明書のPDFデータにはご提出先名を記した電子署名とタイムスタンプが付与されており、改ざんを防止します。
提出先の項目が空欄の場合や企業名等が相違している場合は、提出者が誤って申込手続きをした、または不正な利用（再利用）をされたものとして扱われます。
もし不明な点がございます場合は提出者へご確認くださいますようお願いいたします。

▶ Regarding the "Academic Transcript" numbering code (Undergraduate students only):
The numbering code displayed on the left side of the subject names on the academic transcript indicates the position of that subject within the curriculum of Nagoya University of Foreign Studies.

The online PDF delivery function (electronic certificates) allows various certificates to be directly sent to companies as PDFs with guaranteed authenticity.
If tampering occurs after issuance, an error message will be displayed when opening the PDF.
The PDF data of the certificate contains an electronic signature and timestamp indicating the recipient's name, preventing tampering.
If the recipient's field is left blank or if there is a discrepancy in the company name, the submitter will be considered to have mistakenly applied or engaged in unauthorized use (reuse).
If you have any doubts, please confirm with the submitter.
